Nothing on this website is a binding quote. Pricing depends on site conditions, access, material selection, and the scope agreed in writing. A binding price only exists in a written proposal signed by AWJ Masonry LLC and the customer.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Material price changes, hidden damage discovered during demolition, and customer-requested scope changes may require a written change order.

We stand behind our labor. Warranty terms specific to your project are stated in your written proposal. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as shingles, siding, and sealants are provided by those manufacturers under their own terms.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from storms, impact, structural movement outside our scope, neglected maintenance, or work altered by others.

AWJ Masonry LLC is licensed and insured in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.

To the extent permitted by law, AWJ Masonry LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Content on the site is provided as is and may be updated without notice.
